I find it hard to slow down, I always have. I keep adding to my ‘to-do’ list just as I’m about to complete it and tend to worry about the future, rather than focusing on the present.
Something I’ve learnt recently is just how important it is to take time out when you need to. Press pause on your life and enjoy the little moments of peace.
With a Bank Holiday tomorrow, that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
