“And so I hope that my presence on your screens and in the magazines may lead you, young girl, on a similar journey. That you will feel the validation of your external beauty but also get to the deeper business of being beautiful inside. There is no shade in that beauty.”

As soon as I saw this picture, I burst out laughing! It combines two of my favourite actresses with elegant Dior and classic Jennifer Lawrence awkwardness- what’s not to love? This hysterical meeting between Emma Watson and Jennifer Lawrence was captured at the Dior Haute Couture Show in Paris and saw Jennifer face-palm Emma right in the face (you know as you do).
After the two gave us this moment to have a giggle at, they headed out on the Parisian town in some killer Dior outfits (which I actually prefer to the outfits that they wore to watch the Dior fashion show)…
I really love this outfit on Emma, liking the pairing of a block colour with a vibrant, bold print. I love the over-sized cut of the blouse also, with Emma’s up-do and bright red lip completing the look perfectly!
Jennifer represented Dior well as the face of the fashion power house, looking beautiful walking the streets of Paris in head to toe Dior. Jennifer wore this striking metallic embellished gown for the after party, pairing the look with some silver pointed heels and a wavy cropped bob!
Ohhh I just love this Jennifer Lawrence + Emma Watson combo! 🙂
Olivia Palermo is someone whose style I have admired ever since watching her in the MTV series The City, with the model and TV personalty having in my eyes the most flawless style. When news reports over the weekend speculated that Olivia was going to marry her longtime beau Johannes Huebl, I was beyond excited to see what Olivia would wear on her big day and trust me I wasn’t disappointed.
The socialite went for an alternative look on her wedding day, shunning the traditional wedding dress to style together three pieces from designer Carolina Herrera. Olivia looked beautiful in a cream cashmere jumper that she paired with a full tulle skirt and some crisp white shorts worn underneath. The skirt was incredibly feminine and full with floral embroidery and layers of satin and silk. A cute addition to the outfit were a pair of deep blue Manolo Blahniks, which the fashionable star wore as her ‘something blue’. Olivia’s new husband looked dapper too in a bespoke white Marc Anthony Hamburg suit.
Olivia’s take on wedding chic really incorporated her style into her big day and she pulled off her wedding look with such grace! Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Huebl! 🙂
